We are proud to offer this SOS exclusive Guarantee: if the equipment does not perform up to specification - at your request SOS will replace it, without charge to you, with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities.
Disclaimer: This Guarantee applies to all refurbished equipment acquired by you from SOS and which are continuously maintained by SOS under our Service Contract. This guarantee is not applicable to equipment damaged or destroyed due to an Act of God; theft and/or damage to the equipment due to theft or vandalism; damage due to repairs by someone other than an authorized Suntone service representative; or equipment abuse and/or damage by your employees or representatives.
The guarantee is good for 3 years from the date of equipment delivery. | |
